Celebrate Christmas Eve with our 12 Days of Christmas WOD — a fun, festive, full-body workout designed to bring the Kingdom FIT community together before the holiday! This workout follows the classic “12 Days of Christmas” format: each new movement is added every round, so the workout builds as you go.
Expect a mix of strength, conditioning, and core work with plenty of holiday energy, great music, and team encouragement. All movements will be scalable, so whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete, you can jump in and have a great time.
