    The Murph Challenge at Kingdom FIT is a rigorous physical fitness event that pays tribute to the memory of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, a United States Navy SEAL who was killed in action in 2005. The challenge consists of a series of exercises designed to test participants mentally.
