A form of high intensity interval training, FORGED is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
When you come to Kingdom FIT, you can rest assured you are being taught and trained by some of the most knowledgeable and competent instructors in Pennsylvania.


Cardio XP

This 45 minute workout begins with a basic warm up and continues with alternating bouts of high intensity to low intensity cardio and resistance training followed by challenging core strengthening exercises, specifically targeting the abdominals, lumbar and all muscles of the core. Work at your own pace.

Torch calories and tighten your midsection with Core Xpress, Kingdom FIT’s newest high-intensity class. This 45-minute workout combines non-stop core training with cardio machine intervals to build functional strength, improve posture, and boost endurance. Expect fast-paced circuits using rowers, bikes, or treadmills alongside powerful core movements like planks, v-ups, and mountain climbers. Designed for all fitness levels, Core Xpress delivers a challenging and effective full-body burn in under an hour. Whether you're building a stronger core or looking for a fun sweat session, this class will leave you feeling powerful and energized.
Buttz & Gutz
Thursday 6:30pm
Buttz & Gutz Fitness Class focuses specifically on developing strong posterior chain, powerful lower body and core muscle groups in a short 60 minutes class by using various types of resistance training techniques, including but not limited to resistance bands and body weight exercises.


Bootcamp
Tuesday 6:30pm Wednesday 6am
A boot camp workout is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements people do in life.

Power Yoga

Baptiste Vinyasa Power Yoga at Kingdom FIT is a transformative yoga practice that combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Led by experienced instructors, this dynamic style of yoga is designed to challenge and invigorate your body and mind.
During a Baptiste Vinyasa Power Yoga class, you can expect a vigorous flow of poses that will build heat and endurance. The sequences are designed to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility while promoting a deep connection to your breath and inner self.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Friday 8am
A gentle, basic class with no flow between poses. This form of yoga is more slow-paced with stretching and breathing exercises and seated meditation with many health benefits. This is a good place to learn beginner’s poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga. All fitness
levels welcome.


IRON SHARPENS IRON: COMPETITION TRAINING
Iron Sharpens Iron is a competition-focused training class designed for athletes preparing for DEKA STRONG, the Kingdom FIT Games, and the TRU Challenge—or for anyone looking to elevate their fitness to the next level. Coach Trelonni leads athletes through structured skill development, conditioning blocks, strength mechanics, and teamwork elements that reflect real competition demands.
This class is intentional, progression-based, and scalable, ensuring athletes of all levels can train with purpose and confidence. No competition experience is required—just a willingness to work, grow, and push alongside a supportive community.

Youth Fitness Training
(Ages 12–16)

Our Youth Fitness Training program is designed to empower students ages 12–16 with the knowledge and skills they need to move confidently and safely in a gym environment. Led by certified Kingdom FIT trainers, this class introduces teens to foundational strength training, proper equipment use, and healthy exercise habits that set the stage for lifelong wellness.
Whether your child is new to fitness, preparing for sports, or simply looking for a positive place to grow, this program provides a structured, supportive, and age-appropriate training experience.
