Join us at Kingdom FIT for our 9/11 Stair Challenge as we come together to remember, honor, and move with purpose.
On September 11, we’re challenging our Kingdom FIT community to complete 100 flights on the StairMaster. This isn’t about speed or competition. It’s about taking on a physical challenge while recognizing the courage, sacrifice, and resilience shown on September 11, 2001.
The challenge is simple: Get on the StairMaster and complete 100 flights. Take it at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and finish with purpose.
Whether 100 flights is already part of your routine or represents a major personal challenge, we encourage you to participate.
