Ladies Night

Ladies Night at Kingdom FIT is an exclusive event tailored for women, offering a Butts&Gutz fitness class led by the skilled Kingdom FIT Personal Trainer, Daphne. This special fitness session takes place every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm.

The Butts&Gutz class is designed to target and tone specific muscle groups, providing a challenging yet enjoyable workout experience for participants. It focuses on exercises aimed at strengthening the glutes and core, promoting overall fitness and well-being.

Please note that this event is open to nonmembers as well, with a $10 drop-in fee for those who are not regular Kingdom FIT members. It's a fantastic opportunity for women to join together, engage in a fun and empowering fitness class, and work towards their health and fitness goals.
