At Kingdom FIT, change isn’t random — it’s intentional. Every update we make is about creating the best possible experience for you: consistent, purposeful, and results-driven. This October, we’re making a few key changes to the schedule that will strengthen your weekly rhythm, balance your training options, and give you more ways to achieve your goals.
These Are the Changes
FORGED is new to Mondays at 5:30 PM. Our flagship strength program now starts your week strong.
Butts & Gutz is moving from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Mondays. This gives you more flexibility to train back-to-back or choose the class that best fits your goals.
Boxing is moving from Monday evenings to Saturdays at 10 AM. A fresh, high-energy weekend option to keep your training fun and dynamic.
These changes aren’t just about moving pieces on a calendar — they’re about building a schedule that makes sense for growth, variety, and balance.
FORGED Weekly Schedule
We’re also excited to roll out a clearer, more structured rotation for FORGED. Each day now has a focus, so you’ll know exactly what you’re building toward week after week:
Monday: Squat
Wednesday: Bench Press / Push Press
Thursday: Deadlift / Hip Thrust
Saturday: Cleans / Rows / DB Press rotation
This system is rooted in periodization, ensuring every lift and every week builds on the last. It also helps members track progress, stay motivated, and see results that go beyond the mirror.
Why These Changes Matter for You
Consistency in Strength: With FORGED anchored into Mondays, you now have a set structure to build your week around. This helps you stay on track and avoid plateaus.
Flexibility in Training: Moving Butts & Gutz to 6:30 PM makes it easier to stack workouts or come after work without the stress of rushing.
Weekend Power: Boxing on Saturdays brings energy, conditioning, and variety when most people are free. It’s a great way to break out of weekday patterns and start your weekend on a high note.
Structured Progression: The FORGED weekly rotation gives you a clear roadmap. You’ll know exactly which lifts you’re working, how to measure improvement, and when to push harder.
Your October Challenge
Take advantage of these updates. Commit to at least one FORGED day every week to experience the structure and results it’s designed for. Try the new Saturday Boxing to shake up your routine. Step into Butts & Gutz and feel the difference of consistent glute and core training.
October is a month of opportunity. With these changes, we’ve built a schedule that empowers you to train harder, recover smarter, and live stronger. All you need to do is show up.
💪 This October, step into structure. Step into strength. Step into results.
