This Saturday, from 8 AM to 1 PM, something special is happening at Chaka CrossFIT—a celebration of strength, teamwork, and the Kingdom FIT spirit. Our members are stepping out of their comfort zones and into the competition arena at the Festivus Games, a national fitness event designed specifically for the "rest of us"—everyday athletes who want to test their limits, support their teammates, and experience the power of community-driven competition.
We’re proud to announce that Kingdom FIT will be showing up and showing out in force. This year’s lineup features a mix of individual and team competitors, all representing our mission of fitness with faith, purpose, and fire.
Let’s meet the athletes—and dive into why this event means so much to our community.
Individual Intermediate Division: Harry & Angelica King
As the founders and heartbeat of Kingdom FIT, Harry and Angelica King will be representing in the Individual Intermediate Division—a category that demands not only physical strength but technical skill, grit, and a relentless mindset.
Harry, known for his tireless leadership and motivational energy, has spent the last few months refining his technique and pushing through high-volume workouts to be ready for this level of competition. His presence at the Games is more than just athletic—it’s symbolic. It shows that leaders lead from the front.
Angelica, an inspiration in her own right, balances her responsibilities as a mother, trainer, and wife while still showing up to train with intensity and purpose. Competing in the Intermediate division is no small feat, and her commitment proves that strength doesn’t just happen in the gym—it starts with heart.
Together, Harry and Angelica are showing the community what Kingdom FIT stands for: courage, consistency, and Christ-centered strength.
Individual Novice Division: Raquan, Richard, and Liam
In the Individual Novice Division, we have three incredible athletes: Raquan, Richard, and Liam.

Her determination, consistency, and willingness to show up and push herself day after day are unmatched. Sheri's positive spirit and quiet drive have not only inspired her teammates, but have also made her a standout example of what can be achieved through dedication and heart.

Why the Festivus Games Matter
The Festivus Games are more than just a competition—they’re a celebration of everyday athletes. Designed for people who love fitness but don’t consider themselves elite professionals, Festivus is about pushing boundaries, having fun, and supporting your community.
What makes this event special for Kingdom FIT is how it reflects our core values:
Community over competition
Faith in action
Growth through discomfort
Encouragement, not ego
This event gives our members a chance to showcase their progress, step into the spotlight, and remind themselves just how powerful they are.

For weeks—some even months—our athletes have been preparing for this event. Training included:
Strength cycles and EMOM-style conditioning
Partner workouts for team cohesion
Mobility sessions and recovery planning
Mental resilience training

Classes like FORGED, Cardio XP, and Power Yoga helped build the foundation for what these athletes will execute on the floor this Saturday.
